The largest of our two delightful casita’s, retaining the characteristics of a typical Andalucian farmhouse cottage whilst taking the old world charm into the modern age. Recently refurbished throughout including the addition of a farmhouse style kitchen. Furnished to a high standard with some carefully selected pieces of furniture, furnishings and artwork. Free WIFI is available in all the rooms and throughout the majority of the property.
This casita offers dual access one leads to the enclosed courtyard, an area for al-fresco dining, and the other leads to the Casa del Mulero’s outside terrace where there is a path which takes you down to the gardens, terraces and the pool area. The terraces offer further options for outside barbecues and dining.
Ground level
Directly from the courtyard, the old oak front door leads you into the open plan farmhouse kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is amply equipped for your self-catering needs and the dining table comfortably seats six. The romantic master bedroom with en suite also occupies the ground floor.
Casa del Mulero’s terrace
The rear door leads into the outside lounge area where you can sink into our comfortable rattan garden sofa and chairs, relax with a glass of wine; take in the changing tones of the landscape whilst watching the evening sun fall behind the striking mountain ranges.
Sleeping Arrangements: 3 bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms
Bedroom 1: This is our Master Bedroom, home to a sumptuous and impressive mahogany king size four-poster bed.
The room is a blissful sanctuary to retire to at the end of the day and being on the ground floor, you don’t even have to climb those stairs. The room offers views to the gardens and mountains beyond.

Bedroom 2: First floor double bedroom, lovely and cosy for two with a comfortable double sized bed offering views overlooking the lake, gardens and mountains.

Bedroom 3: First floor twin bedroom perfectly styled for sharing, with tip-top twin beds with lots of room. The beds can be converted to a comfortable 6’ double bed prior to arrival, upon request. The room offers views overlooking the lake, gardens and mountain ranges.

In addition to the flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms we have also included an Amazon Echo in the kitchen so that you have a virtual assistant to hand that can also pair with your own devices so you can listen to your favourite music. A selection of books and games are also available and there is an outdoor table tennis table. WIFI is also available down by the poolside and terrace.
